Parent Privacy
JamKar Online is designed so that the parent or guardian manages the family account. We collect the parent email address for sign-in, account recovery and access management. Child profiles use usernames and avatars and are kept separate from the parent email in the child-facing experience.
Authentication is handled through Supabase. Payment checkout is handled by Revolut. JamKar does not store raw parent passwords or payment-card details in the website code or browser storage. Game progress, achievements, saved worlds and account entitlement may be stored so that family access can be restored after sign-in.
JamKar follows a data-minimisation approach for child profiles. We do not require a child's date of birth, school, home address, phone number or full legal name to play. Parents should avoid including any of those details in a child username.
Child-facing play does not include behavioural advertising, public profiling, public follower counts, public chat or stranger discovery. Parent account details are not displayed in child profiles.
Parents can change child usernames from the parent area. Account deletion or other privacy requests should be made through the JamKar parent/support channel once available. Where a parent asks for deletion, associated child-profile data should be removed subject to any limited legal or payment-record retention requirement.
Child Safety
- No public chat or stranger messaging.
- No child-to-child direct messaging by default.
- No third-party advertising in the child experience.
- No requirement for a child to publish real-world identity information.
- Parent email, password and payment details are not displayed in child profiles.
- One parent account can manage a maximum of two child profiles.
- Privacy-protective settings are the default.
- Parents remain responsible for supervising account use and selecting suitable content for their children.
If a safety issue is found, stop using the affected feature and report it through the parent/help channel. JamKar should prioritise child safety over engagement or retention features.
Purchase & Use Terms
Five starter worlds can be tried through Level 3. Full access is currently offered as a £4.99 one-time family purchase for one parent account and up to two child profiles. Payment is processed through Revolut. Access is granted only after JamKar receives and verifies a completed payment from the payment provider.
Do not share parent login credentials with children or unrelated third parties. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape account information, abuse other users or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
JamKar may update games, levels, safety controls and technical features over time. If a payment completes but access does not unlock, keep the payment reference and use the support guidance below.

Help
Payment not unlocked: return to JamKar while signed into the same parent account. The site checks the verified server-side entitlement. Do not make repeated payments for the same account.
Forgotten password: use the parent sign-in/account recovery flow provided by the authentication service.
Child profile problem: sign in as the parent and edit the child profiles. Each account supports up to two child usernames.
Security: never send JamKar staff your password, full card number, Supabase service-role key, Revolut API key or webhook signing secret.
